We welcome qualified healthcare professionals across a broad range of disciplines, including:

Interested medical professionals will complete the Medical Expert Engagement Questionnaire to identify their specialties, areas of interest and general availability. Before a medical professional is selected for an engagement, they will be required to provide all current CV and licensing information. Every Scenario may review and verify professional licensure, NPI information, and other credentials as appropriate during the evaluation process or prior to an engagement.
Clinicians are responsible for maintaining an active, unrestricted license and notifying Every Scenario promptly of any material changes to their licensure, certifications, employment, or professional standing.
Joining the Every Scenario Medical Expert Network is completely free for medical professionals.
Medical professionals selected for an engagement generally contract directly with the requesting organization and negotiate their own compensation, scope of work, and engagement terms.
Every Scenario Consulting charges the client organization a separate connection fee based on the type and complexity of the engagement. The medical professional’s rate is not impacted by Every Scenario Consulting’s involvement with the connection.
Every engagement is carefully reviewed to identify the most qualified medical professional based on the organization’s specific needs.
Matching criteria may include:
Clinical specialty and expertise
Years of professional experience
Relevant procedural or subject matter expertise
Availability and project timeline
Geographic location (when applicable)
Project scope and objectives
Previous experience with similar engagements
Every Scenario Consulting may contact multiple qualified medical professionals whose expertise aligns with the engagement. The initial email outreach may include requests to confirm professional information, availability, potential conflicts of interest, and other project-specific details.
Many organizations operate within compressed timelines, making timely communication essential. Prompt responses and accurate information allow us to efficiently evaluate qualified candidates and support a smooth selection process.
To help us identify the best opportunities for you, we encourage you to complete your Medical Expert Engagement Questionnaire as thoroughly and accurately as possible. Detailed responses enable us to make more precise matches and better align you with projects that fit your background, interests, and availability.
Please note that submitting a Medical Expert Engagement Questionnaire or receiving an initial engagement interest email does not guarantee selection for an engagement. Final expert selection is determined by the requesting organization’s needs, project requirements, and the overall alignment between the expert and the engagement.
Opportunities may include:
Medical device and product development
Clinical trials and research
Healthcare technology and AI review
Medical education and faculty programs
Marketing and scientific review
Regulatory and compliance consulting
Product safety initiatives
Legal case review and expert witness services
Workplace health consulting
Advisory boards and strategic consulting
Projects may be virtual, in-person, short-term, or ongoing.
Upon accepting an engagement, you will communicate and negotiate directly with the requesting organization regarding your contract, compensation, scope of work, project expectations, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights (if applicable), and all other engagement terms. Every Scenario facilitates the introduction but is generally not a party to the contractual relationship between you and the requesting organization unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once your agreement is in place, you are expected to maintain professional communication, meet agreed-upon timelines, and provide the services outlined in your contract.
Every Scenario remains available throughout the project to support communication, answer questions, and help ensure a positive experience for both you and the organization. If your availability changes or you anticipate any delays, we require that you notify both the organization and Every Scenario immediately so we can help identify an appropriate solution.
In most cases, Every Scenario Consulting serves as a facilitator, connecting qualified medical professionals with organizations seeking clinical expertise. If you choose to move forward with an engagement, you will contract directly with the organization, where you will establish your scope of work, compensation, and project terms.
Some engagements are entirely virtual, while others may involve travel. Each opportunity includes anticipated travel requirements before you decide whether to participate.
No. Joining the network does not guarantee project opportunities. Expert selection is based on each client’s specific needs and the best overall match for the engagement.
Absolutely. You remain in complete control of which opportunities you accept.
Some healthcare institutions may require outside consulting approval or conflict-of-interest review. If selected for an engagement, you are responsible for obtaining any required institutional approvals before work begins.
Your feedback is valuable and helps us continually improve the experience for both medical professionals and requesting organizations. At the conclusion of each engagement, Every Scenario encourages you to share feedback regarding communication, project expectations, timelines, overall experience, and suggestions for improvement.
After submitting a Medical Expert Engagement Request, our team reviews your project requirements, objectives, timeline, and desired qualifications to identify medical professionals whose expertise aligns with your needs.
Once a qualified expert has been identified and mutual interest is confirmed, Every Scenario facilitates the introduction between your organization and the medical professional. Your organization and the medical professional will then communicate directly to negotiate and finalize the engagement, including the scope of work, compensation, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights (if applicable), project timeline, and any other contractual terms.
Every Scenario remains available throughout the engagement to answer questions, facilitate communication when needed, and provide optional coordination and support services to help promote a successful collaboration.
Every Scenario Consulting offers customized, transparent pricing based on the type, scope, and complexity of your engagement.
For organizations with ongoing medical expert needs, our Annual Medical Expert Partnership Packages provide preferred pricing, priority access to our expert network, a streamlined engagement process, and dedicated support for sourcing medical professionals throughout the year.
Organizations pay Every Scenario a separate connection fee, while medical professionals establish their own compensation and contract terms directly with your organization. This structure provides pricing transparency while allowing clinicians and organizations to determine compensation that best reflects the scope of each engagement.
Medical professionals are not employees of Every Scenario Consulting. In most engagements, they contract directly with the requesting organization as independent contractors or under another arrangement determined by the parties. Every Scenario serves as the connection and coordination partner and is generally not a party to agreements governing compensation or scope of work unless expressly agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no. Every Scenario facilitates introductions between qualified medical professionals and requesting organizations. Compensation, scope of work, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, and other engagement terms are generally established directly between the organization and the medical professional.
The timeline for identifying a medical expert depends on the specialty, project complexity, and expert availability. In many cases, we can identify a qualified expert within 3–10 business days.
More specialized or highly specific requests may require additional time to ensure the best possible match.
For time-sensitive projects, Every Scenario also offers expedited expert matching, with qualified experts identified in as little as 24–48 hours, subject to availability, for an additional fee.
Yes. Whether you need one expert or an entire advisory panel, Every Scenario can coordinate multiple clinicians for projects of varying size and scope.
We work with organizations across healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, legal services, education, digital health, artificial intelligence, and corporate health initiatives.
In most cases, Every Scenario’s primary role is to identify and connect organizations with qualified medical experts. Once an expert has been engaged, the organization and medical professional generally manage the project directly.
For organizations seeking additional support, Every Scenario also offers optional services—including project coordination, communication support, medical education planning, attendee/faculty logistics, and event management. These services are available for an additional fee and can be customized to meet your organization’s specific needs.
If concerns arise—such as missed deadlines or lack of communication—we ask that the organization notify Every Scenario immediately. Early communication allows us to work with all parties to identify an appropriate solution, which may include adjusting project expectations, facilitating communication, or, at the business’s request, identifying a qualified replacement expert to help keep the project on track.
Beyond connecting organizations with qualified medical experts, Every Scenario offers a range of optional consulting and support services to help organizations successfully execute their initiatives. Depending on your needs, these services can include:
Medical education planning and support
Speaker and moderator coordination
Event planning and on-site management
Meeting scheduling and communication support
Vendor sourcing and contract negotiation
Travel coordination
These services are available individually or as part of a customized solution. Whether you need expert matching alone or comprehensive project support, Every Scenario can tailor its services to fit your organization’s goals.
Yes. Following the completion of an engagement, requesting organizations may be invited to provide feedback on the medical professional’s communication, expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, and overall contribution to the project.
We also welcome feedback regarding your experience working with Every Scenario Consulting. Your input helps us maintain the quality of our Medical Expert Network, strengthen future matches, and continuously improve our services. If any concerns arise during an engagement, we request you to notify Every Scenario promptly so we can provide appropriate support and work toward a timely resolution.
Yes. Information submitted through Every Scenario is treated as confidential and used solely to evaluate participation, facilitate expert matching, and support active engagements. We will never sell your information.
Every Scenario may review professional qualifications, licensure, certifications, and other credentials before presenting a medical professional for a potential engagement. Additional verification may be completed based on the requesting organization’s requirements.
We ask medical professionals to disclose any applicable consulting restrictions, institutional approval requirements, or conflicts of interest so engagements can be conducted responsibly and transparently.
